Completed in 2012, this new 5-story, 70,200 sq ft office building has four stories of Class A office space over ground floor retail and a basement level parking garage. The project filled a major vacancy in the heart of downtown Eugene, Oregon, when in the early 2000’s, the Woolworth Department Store was torn down and the site left as an abandoned lot.

This project was designed by a team at Ankrom Moisan Architects led by C2K Principal Kevin Sauser, with Construction Administration completed by C2K Architecture.
