Anticipating completion in 2022, this dual tower design (20- and 22-stories) with retail podium will mark the north edge of the San Pedro Square Art and Entertainment District of San Jose, California. The project includes over 1,100,000 sq ft of residential and retail space. In addition to 640 condominium units, residents are offered on-site parking, club lounge, business center, fitness center, and a large amenity courtyard with swimming pool, spa, and barbeque areas. Interior design was done in collaboration with Ryan Young Interior Design.
