Completed in 2013, this renovation of a 1,500 sq ft office building for the headquarters of ROFU Design Group required overhauling the floor plan to improve functionality, privacy and ability to host client meetings. Central to the concept was introducing a new main conference room to separate private offices from public open office space. To promote ROFU Design Group as an innovation expert in the apparel and fashion design industry, the space included display shelving for shoe prototypes and highlighted repurposing industry materials in new ways, such as turning shoe “lasts” (the forms used in traditional shoemaking) into a sliding door handles.
