Completed in Summer 2021, this hotel is located across the street from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. The project consisted of a partial renovation of an existing hotel and a new 4-story addition. The project added an additional 47 rooms to the site bringing the total to 113 rooms. Built in 1960, the original hotel consists of three separate buildings and an outdoor swimming pool. The new design demolishes the administrative building and pool and replaces it with a new structure, providing 47 additional guest rooms, breakfast room, full bar, meeting rooms, offices and an indoor pool. The remaining two buildings will undergo an exterior renovation and the guest rooms were upgraded to the new suite standards.
