Completed in 2015, this 10,800 sq ft office space for prominent Portland attorneys, Folawn, Alterman & Richardson, LLP, was part of an overall relocation and rebranding effort for the firm. Locating to a new high-rise tower in the central business district, the office was reimagined with a sleek modern aesthetic of stone, glass and minimalistic design, overlaid with warm highlights of natural wood and accent colors. The design includes a reception lobby, conference rooms, ‘war room’, library, individual meeting rooms, open cubicles, lunchroom, storage areas and print room. The design and furnishings were all selected with careful consideration of the image of the firm and aesthetic goals of the partners.
