Opened in Summer of 2020, this 5-story, 75,900 sq ft apartment building in Sacramento, California, has 95 units, including four live-work units. The amenities of the project are on-site parking, residential lobby, rooftop terrace, fitness center, dog wash station, bike storage room, and a central courtyard. The building was designed as a large-scale canvas for a continuous mural that flows across the public facades. The mural unfolds chronologically as the viewer progresses around the building.
