C2K Architecture studied how to create a small, urban village on an irregular, 1.1 acre site in San Jose, CA.  Two concepts were created showing how housing, retail space and community gathering space could be designed pending different site acquisition scenarios: a full corner site or connecting sites on opposite sides of the block.
